To make an orange creamsicle smoothie with Caffe D’Vita’s vanilla base:

For a 16 ounce drink, pour 2 level scoops of powder into the blender. Our 60cc scoop is included in each food service case. Add 1 ½ cups of cubed ice, then 4 ounces of orange juice. Blend for 20 – 30 seconds until smooth. Shake and pour into cup. Add your favorite toppings including whipped cream and an orange slice garnish.

Spring into Strawberry Season with a Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

Celebrate this year’s strawberry season with this delicious recipe for a Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie using Caffe D’Vita’s rich and creamy Vanilla Base and fresh, juicy strawberries.

Serve this smoothie in a glass with cool whip and a fresh strawberry garnish or pour it on top of pound cake cupcakes (cupcakes should only be ½ full after being baked) and keep them in the freezer with a layer of cool whip for a delightful frozen treat.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons Caffe D’Vita Vanilla Base

¾ cup water (or almond milk)

1 ½ cups cubed ice

2 cups fresh strawberries, halved

1 teaspoon orange blossom honey

Splash of orange juice (or pineapple juice)

Directions:

Take the strawberries out of the fridge for about half an hour before you want to make your smoothie. By allowing them to come up to room temperature, you’ll bring out a lot more flavor from the berries.

When you are ready to serve, place all of the ingredients into your blender receptacle of choice and blitz until smooth. Use a dash of whichever juice you used in the recipe if you want to adjust the consistency.
