Your order will be shipped by UPS standard ground delivery within the contiguous 48 states at the following rates:

• 1 case     :    $7.95
• 2 cases   :  $10.95
• 3 cases   :  $13.95
• 4 cases   :  $14.95
• 5+ cases :  FREE!

NEW — Shipments to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service at the same rates as our standard UPS shipping!

• Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
• UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.  Please enter your physical address to avoid delays in processing your order.
• Orders for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii addresses will be charged actual delivery cost.  Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-200-5005 for a shipping quote.
• Orders for delivery to Canada will be charged actual delivery cost.  Customer is responsible for any import or VAT charges on the order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, Caffe D’Vita does not accept returns.  However, we will replace product which has been damaged in shipping.  Please contact Customer Service at 800-200-5005 with your order number and packing slip information to request replacement product.
