Packages are sent UPS standard ground delivery. For shipping via U.S. Postal Service, please make a request in the comments section of the online order. The following shipping charges apply:

Contiguous U.S. Shipping Costs:

2 cases	: $9.95
3 cases	: $12.95
4 cases	: $13.95
5 cases	: FREE!

Please Note:

All shipments outside the contiguous United States (such as Alaska, Hawaii and Canada) will be charged actual delivery cost. To place an order for shipments outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-200-5005 for a shipping quote.

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. When ordering, please enter your physical address to avoid delays in processing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of Caffe D'Vita products, we do not accept product returns. We do however replace merchandise that has been damaged in shipping. Please contact Customer Service at 800-200-5005. Please have your order number and other packing slip information available for our Customer Service Representatives to assist you.
